Graduate Division Online Calendar: scheduling guidelines |
|||||||||||||||
Effective January 2025, appointments with the Division of Graduate Education (GEPA) are no longer required. Students who plan to graduate in the current quarter must submit the online form, "File for Doctoral/Master’s (Thesis) Degree Form." Please visit the Degree Completion page for details on the new process. See also the How to File for Degree document. All final forms for degree completion (including the formatting check of the dissertation/thesis) will be reviewed upon submission of the final step in the "File for Degree" process detailed above. Use this calendar only if you wish to request an optional formatting pre-check of your dissertation/thesis. You must upload your complete, formatted dissertation/thesis to ProQuest prior to the date and time requested via this calendar. The GEPA advisor will provide feedback on the formatting via email within 1 week from the scheduled pre-check. There is no in-person or Zoom meeting with a GEPA advisor. Please carefully follow all formatting requirements detailed in the formatting manual found on the Preparing to Graduate page prior to submitting your dissertation/thesis for GEPA review. Please email the appropriate advisor below if you have questions; provide your full name and PID.
